Returns & Exchange Policy – Odlo Fashion

At Odlo Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Accessories such as watches and frames that have been worn or adjusted.
• Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable during promotion.

3. Return Process

If your return meets the above criteria, follow these steps:

• Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and any images if applicable (for faulty or damaged items).
• We will guide you on the return address and next steps.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, incorrect, or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return. Odlo Fashion is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
